We have recruited a board with extensive local knowledge, passion for our area of work and useful expertise to: provide governance; management support; and ultimately to meet help the organisation to meet the needs of our beneficiaries.

Richard Clark is Head of Housing & Neighbourhoods at Bournville Village Trust. He started chairing the trust in the summer of 2024 after serving 18 months as a trustee. Richard is passionate about both seeing communities thrive and the trusts ambitious plan to develop a housing offer, anchored by a new community centre in North Solihull. Richard previously worked for Solihull Community Housing and was a police officer and league footballer earlier in his career.
Warren is owner of Start 2 Finish Marketing, an established marketing company who predominantly work with the manufacturing sector. Warrens passion for manufacturing supports the social enterprise work of Colebridge. Outside of work, he participates in amateur dramatics.


Jenny is an HR Business Partner for a global power management company providing energy efficient solutions that help customers effectively manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power. Prior to this she had HR roles in the retail sector and has experience at all levels of human resources. Outside of work Jenny enjoys travelling, running, reading and pottering about in the garden.
Lisa lives within North Solihull and has many years of valuable knowledge from within a local town council, schools and the local schools collaborative. Also as a parent, Lisa understands the challenges that local young people face and is passionate about inclusion and families. Lisa is also on the board of the Around Again Charity – who collaborate regularly with the trust.


Andrew Potter is Head of IT for a global Chemical Engineering organisation. Andrew has worked in IT for over 30 years. He has been a Trustee / Director of the trust since 2019. Andrew is passionate about all of the trusts values and objectives, supporting North Solihull and the wider community. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys travelling, hiking, chess and is also an avid football supporter.
Mandy has been part of the Chelmsley Wood community since the age of eight and has lived there for over 30 years, becoming a strong advocate for the area. She spent 27 years working for Solihull MBC Housing and Solihull Community Housing as an Engagement Officer, supporting residents and leading community projects, including the high-rise sprinkler programme. Mandy has also served as a Governor at Coleshill Heath School, helped establish the “Around Again” social supermarket, and supported vulnerable residents as part of the COVID-19 Shielding Team. She is a real people person who is passionate about supporting and championing her local community.




Philip is a North Solihull resident and is passionate about education, inclusion and law. He is currently studying law, as part of his apprenticeship with a Birmingham based firm.
Chet joined Colebridge (in a joint role with the Unity Schools collaborative) in 2016 to develop the social enterprise and employment and skills work. He previously worked with Solihull Council within Economic Development & Regeneration, working with stakeholders on projects that included regeneration, enterprise, schools, employment, digital inclusion, health & wellbeing and community development. His prior private sector work experience includes management roles, business development, commercialisation, professional recruitment and marketing. Chet is a Birmingham City fan, loves live music and is the proud father of 2 young boys. More latterly he has studied Public Health and is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of local people.
