Trustees & Enterprise Board

We have developed a board with extensive local knowledge, passion for our area of work and useful expertise to:- provide governance; management support; and ultimately to meet help the organisation to meet the needs of our beneficiaries.

Phil Mayhew – Chair of Trust & Enterprise

Phil joined Colebridge after many years of working within the public sector, including roles as Director of Business Transformation and Deputy CEO for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. He has also held board roles for a NHS Trust, College and the School of Social Entrepreneurs. Phil is into model railways and loves to walk his dogs.

Dave Dunkley – Vice Chair / Director

Dave joined the trust after retiring as Head of Coleshill Heath school in Chelmsley Wood, North Solihull.  As well as setting up pioneering early years provision, working as a consultant for the schools  regeneration partnership in North Solihull  he has been and continues to be involved in a number of community groups and boards including Chair of Finance for Yorkswood School and Around Again Trustee.  Dave enjoys rugby and live music.

Charles Rapson – Trustee / Director

Charles was instrumental in setting up the social enterprise at Colebridge and is now CEO for the School of Social Entrepreneurs supporting the development of new socially beneficial organisations.  Previously, he worked within the automotive sector.

Phil Hammonds – Trustee / Director

Phil is a retired management consultant, local resident and continues to work volunteer as school governor.

Warren Albutt – Trustee / Director

Warren is a partner of Start 2 Finish Marketing, an established marketing company who predominantly work with the manufacturing sector.  Outside of work, he participates in amateur dramatics.

Deb Wilson – Trustee / Director / Chair of Around Again

Deb recently retired as Head of Yorkswood School in Kingshurst in North Solihull and has also been the Chief Executive of the Unity Schools Collaborative.   Deb is the current Chair of Around Again, based in Fordbridge.

Andrew Potter – Trustee / Director

Andrew runs his own I.T consultancy, supporting organisations across the Midlands.

Chet Parmar – Company Secretary / CEO

Chet joined Colebridge (in a joint employment with Unit Schools collaborative) in 2016 to develop the social enterprise and employment and skills work.  He and had previously worked with Solihull Council within Economic Development & Regeneration, working with stakeholders on projects that included enterprise, schools, employment, digital inclusion and community development.
