Phil joined Colebridge after many years of working within the public sector, including roles as Director of Business Transformation and Acting CEO for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. He has also held board roles for a NHS Trust, College and the School of Social Entrepreneurs. Phil collects and builds model railways and loves to walk his dogs.
Dave joined the trust after retiring as Head of Coleshill Heath school in Chelmsley Wood, North Solihull. As well as setting up pioneering early years provision, working as a consultant for the schools regeneration partnership in North Solihull he has been and continues to be involved in a number of community groups and boards including Chair of Finance for Yorkswood School and Around Again Trustee. Dave enjoys rugby and live music.
Charles was instrumental in setting up the social enterprise at Colebridge and is now CEO for the School of Social Entrepreneurs supporting the development of new socially beneficial organisations. Previously, he worked within the automotive sector.
Phil is a retired management consultant, local resident and continues to work volunteer as school governor. A proud father, grandfather and volunteer childcare provider.
Warren is a partner of Start 2 Finish Marketing, an established marketing company who predominantly work with the manufacturing sector. Outside of work, he participates in amateur dramatics.
Andrew runs his own I.T consultancy, supporting organisations across the Midlands.
Jenny is an HR Business Partner for a global power management company providing energy
efficient solutions that help customers effectively manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power.
Prior to this she had HR roles in the retail sector and has experience at all levels of human resources. Outside of work Jenny enjoys running, reading and pottering about in the garden.
Alastair is a chartered accountant (15 years experience) and project manager with a strong interest in training and adult education. Alastair has experience in finance transformation projects, new system implementations and business restructures, managing commercial insurance programmes, and designing online and live training courses, alongside a strong passion for adult education and community development. Alistair is a carer for his mother, however outside of this and work, Alastair enjoys running, reading, playing guitar and singing in a choir (pre-Covid), spending time with friends and family, and over-ambitious DIY projects.
Deb recently retired as Head of Yorkswood School in Kingshurst in North Solihull and has also been the Chief Executive of the Unity Schools Collaborative. Deb is the current Chair of Around Again, based in Fordbridge. A keen traveller and busy grandparent.
Lisa is lives within North Solihull and has many years of valuable knowledge from within a local town council, schools and the local schools collaborative. Also as a parent, Lisa understands the challenges that local young people face. Lisa is also on the board of the Around Again Charity – who work closely with the trust.
Chet joined Colebridge (in a joint role with the Unity Schools collaborative) in 2016 to develop the social enterprise and employment and skills work. He previously worked with Solihull Council within Economic Development & Regeneration, working with stakeholders on projects that included regeneration, enterprise, schools, employment, digital inclusion, health & wellbeing and community development. His prior private sector work experience includes management roles, business development, commercialisation, professional recruitment and marketing. Chet is a Birmingham City fan, loves live music and is the proud father of 2 young boys.
