We’ve submitted exciting outline plans to Solihull Council to transform Junction into a community-led housing site alongside the development of a fit-for-the-future community centre.
This ambitious proposal aims to create high-quality, community-focused housing while securing a modern, sustainable space that can continue to serve local residents for years to come.
We’re working in partnership with WMuCH, who have successfully delivered community-led housing in Stirchley, Birmingham. Their experience and expertise will help ensure the development brings long-term benefits to North Solihull.
