🌿 Evergreen Family Hub – A Major Milestone
It’s official — Colebridge Trust is now running the only community-led Family Hub in Solihull.
Evergreen in Kingshurst is the result of many years of work to transform an old building into a vital community service that will support families for years to come. The hub provides a welcoming space where families can access support, advice and activities all in one place.
We’d like to say a big thank you to Yorkswood headteachers and governors, past and present, for their support in helping make this possible.
It’s also fantastic to be working with Public Health on an initiative that will make a real and lasting positive difference in the community.
