In collaboration with our partners Three Trees and CARS Area Together, we are delighted to have secured three years of funding to deliver the “Health in the Heart of Our Community” project.
This new initiative will link community centre activities more closely with local residents to help prevent and manage poor heart health and related conditions, as well as supporting people living with conditions such as COPD.
The project will focus on improving awareness, encouraging healthier lifestyles, and ensuring people can access the right support within their own community.
As part of the programme, we will be recruiting community volunteers to act as champions, helping to support and promote better health across North Solihull.
