September has been an exciting month for the Trust, with new partnerships, new programmes and a key appointment to strengthen our work across North Solihull.

🤝 Community Anchor Organisation

We’re pleased to share that the Trust has secured a three-year contract to work in partnership with Three Trees, CARS Area Together, and Solihull Council as a Community Anchor Organisation.

This partnership will support the continued development of community-led activity across North Solihull, strengthening collaboration, building local capacity and ensuring residents have greater opportunities to shape and benefit from services in their area.

💼 WorkWell Programme

We are delighted to have secured a new contract with BSol ICB to deliver employment support as part of the WorkWell initiative.

This North Solihull-focused programme will support people with health conditions to remain in work or move into new employment. The programme will include tailored employment support alongside health interventions delivered in partnership with the NHS and other service providers, helping individuals overcome barriers and improve their overall wellbeing.

👋 New Appointment – Head of Employment and Skills & Inclusion

We’re also pleased to welcome Paul Sykes, who has joined Colebridge Trust as Head of Employment and Skills & Inclusion.

Paul brings over 15 years of experience and will lead the work at our packing and assembly social enterprise, as well as managing the wider team. His leadership will play a key role in strengthening our employment and inclusion offer across the Trust.
